Brian was exceptional and amazing from start to finish. He is super friendly and very knowledgeable. He laid out all expectations from the beginning and was patient with me and the landlords. We had multiple issues with weird landlords and losing flats as I put in offers but he was patient and resilient. We had over 20 showings, multiple weeks, and 4 times putting down offers and losing them for some ridiculous reasons, and yet Brian was still encouraging and positive.
